Low Care (AgEing in place)

St Paul De Chartres Residential Aged Care is designed to accommodate people who can no longer live in their own homes and have a current aged care assessment for low or high levels of care. The Sisters of St Paul de Chartres have designed the federation style hostel and nursing home and have created a place where residents enjoy quality living; where families know their loved ones are completely cared for and happy.

The low care area is comprised of four blocks each has 15-bed individual ensuite rooms located in beautiful garden settings designed to maximum the sense of space and light, each block has been constructed with an internal garden courtyard.

Residents in our hostel are encouraged to maintain their independence for as long as possible, however; as their needs increase, dedicated and caring staff provide personal care, such as assistance with showering, dressing, laundry and managing medications.

Residents are encouraged to participate in the many and varied activities and outings planned for their enjoyment and to enhance their quality of life, such as gentle exercise programs, craft, entertainment, shopping trips, picnics and bus outings.
